Abstract

Today, skill training plays an important role in employment and entrepreneurship, and the policies of most countries are based on skill development at different levels of education. Considering the increase in unemployment among university graduates in our country, it seems that the development of various skills is necessary and necessary to enter entrepreneurship and develop self-employment. The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the development of the types of skills necessary for employment and entrepreneurship, which due to the importance of this issue among students, some of these skills are considered in universities and technical and vocational colleges, which causes more employment for this group. has become a graduate. The statistical population of the research is all the texts related to skill development, which were selected by the purposeful sampling method of texts and researches in which the types of skills related to the development of employment and entrepreneurship are mentioned. The current research was conducted using the library method, and the data collection tool was questionnaire. The research findings showed; For the development of self-employment and entrepreneurship among students and graduates, 17 types of skills are needed, and technical and professional skills are only one of these skills..
