Abstract

Risk assessment in HSE is the process of identifying, assessing and controlling potential incidents and the aim is to take all reasonable measures to protect employees from harm and prevent accidents and includes identifying potential risks, assessing related risks and implementing control measures to reduce or eliminate those risks in order to ensure that any changes in working conditions are taken into account so that while reducing or not deviating from the organization's plans, it can increase efficiency and bring the effectiveness of the human force and lead to the increase of profitability and development of the organization. The current research was carried out with the aim of risk assessment and determination of risk-taking components of human resources in order to design a risk model with an integrated approach and prioritize indicators in the campus of Iran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. In data collection, a questionnaire consisting of 4 main components, 12 sub-components and 48 indicators was used, which was verified by using the organizational excellence indicators of human resources using fuzzy Delphi method. The sampling method was available and the number of samples was calculated using Cochran's formula for a population of about 1950 people. In the data analysis, the structural equation model and the exploratory factor analysis test were used with the method of decomposition into principal dimensions and varimax rotation. For this purpose, KMO index and Bartlett's test have been used. In prioritizing the dimensions of human resource risks according to people's opinions among the 26 risk components of human resources management, the components of rewards and service compensation risks, the risk of not focusing on the customer, the risks of providing human resources, behavioral risk, and the risk of training and improving human resources. In order, four risks are the most important in the field of human resources management of Iran University of Medical Sciences.
