Abstract

The term Time Sharing refers to a special type of ownership transfer, according to which the owners get the right to use the property in a timed manner. In this article, the legal nature of time sale was examined and the lack of necessity of duration clause was examined in the ownership of the explanation and its place among definite and indefinite contracts. From the point of view of the general rules of contracts, all the conditions of the correctness of the transaction are taken into account, and from an intrinsic point of view, the contract is an ownership contract, and the main effect of this contract is the transfer of ownership from the owner to another, and the owner is the owner in proportion to his share and also to the heirs. He is transferred after death and whenever he wants, he can transfer his share to someone else. Time ownership is also considered an independent contract and among indefinite contracts.
