Abstract

In this article, the goal of the researcher was to analyze the discourse of the content and language of Surah Mubarakeh Kauthar, and this was done by relying on the tool of Holliday's role-oriented order, one of the most original methods of discourse analysis, which has itself been the source of subsequent approaches. In this article, after briefly mentioning the importance of Surah Mubarakah Kauthar in the interpretation and existing literature in the field of Quranic studies, we analyzed the discourse of the clauses of this Surah and examined it from different aspects. We have shown how, according to the analysis of linguistic tools, the speaker of his main message, i.e. the Prophet's enjoyment of God's special stone, and his enemies' superiority, as well as the importance of gratitude for this blessing on the part of the audience, in the form of the informational structure of the text. He owes himself to being a beginner and having new information. Likewise, in this research, we showed that cohesion tools, especially lexical cohesion tools (without repetition), phonetic cohesion, grammatical cohesion (especially reference to the previous) and deletion played a role in achieving this goal.
