Abstract

The last month of 2019 has nurtured an event that today, turning it into a turning point in human history, is agreed upon by all. When an issue on a macro level directly or indirectly affects the majority of people in a society, the probability of behaviors and attitudes that reflect the general attitude of the society increases. The emergence of such conditions is important for researchers in the field of social sciences, in this regard, considering the importance of investigating the effects of the corona virus pandemic crisis, the purpose of the current research is to analyze and explore the effects of the corona virus (Covid-19) on the migration structure based on data. It is mining. The Covid-19 crisis has created common challenges for all the people of the world. But some of these challenges are specific to a specific type of international migrant workforce, including temporary, informal, long-term and returning migrants. These challenges are more severe for undocumented labor migrants. This category of migrant labor is people who entered a country to find work without a legal permit or those who entered legally but do not have a work permit or their residence or work permit has expired. Finally, migrant workers who return to their country due to the Covid-19 crisis have faced certain challenges. The decrease in economic activities and the lack of social support have forced many labor migrants to return.
