Abstract

The old texture of most cities in Iran is full of magnificent historical buildings that are being worn out and destroyed due to lack of attention, while it can be safely said that all cities have many deficiencies in terms of construction facilities to meet the general needs of the city. are facing During the modern history, many textures, collections and historical buildings that could be a sign and expression of the national and historical identity of our country, were destroyed and subjected to various tensions during the various stages of deculturalization and tolerance of the unsatisfactory patterns of urban development. The principles that are a sign of the lack of necessary knowledge of historical contexts cause the destruction and putting too much pressure on historical contexts, despite the fact that today due to the changes in the way of life and religious, social and economic norms of the society, Many buildings are not able to continue their life in their original use, but this issue does not mean the destruction of the mentioned structures and buildings, but it should be changed in the form of a new function appropriate to the building, while using national funds, to make it durable and Perpetuate our national identity and prevent the widespread influence of western culture and the destruction and neglect of historical buildings, which are one of our cultural arteries. Therefore, the restoration of historical monuments is an opportunity that, while it is beneficial in terms of economy and public needs, it will also reconnect the disconnected chains of "culture".
