This issue presents scholarly contributions in the fields of management, marketing, public policy, innovation, finance, and digital transformation within the context of the Iranian economy. The published studies adopt analytical, data-driven, and foresight-oriented approaches to examine comparative sales strategies of domestic and international automobile manufacturers with an emphasis on consumer behavior, the correlation between FMEA techniques and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in industrial failure analysis, and future-oriented perspectives on educational leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
The issue further explores identity narratives in consumer experience using visual self-motivation methods, the design of a comprehensive data-driven smart human resource management model for public organizations, and the role of sustainable fiscal policies in strengthening innovation ecosystems and the commercialization of knowledge-based ideas.
