Abstract

With the process of smart cities and the advancement of communication and internationalization of information, marketers should be thinking of intelligently checking the requests and needs of their customers and being able to produce immediately or introduce their product in the shortest time and widely. This research is trying to examine the relationship between this case. It should be noted that this research method is a library and descriptive analytical type. Given that today, with the development of urbanization, societies with many challenges to create infrastructure and meeting the increasing needs of the residents. Day by day, technologies and facilities that facilitate communication and other matters enter people's lives. Smart marketing was done with the approach of customer knowledge management. And it is practical in terms of purpose. Today's companies, with the introduction of new information and communication technologies and new web-based technologies, have been able to effectively collect and process information and knowledge related to their customers while establishing long-term relationships with their customers. Timely information, use this data in their competitive fields. Customer knowledge is an important asset for all businesses and the source of customer chain improvement. According to the experts of customer relationship management and smart business, the data obtained from communication with customers can be turned into valuable information. If these collected data are properly analyzed, they become a good source of information for the company today. The Internet has caused change and transformation in all aspects of life, including business. In the meantime, the rapid development of communication and mobile computing has provided a more suitable context and opportunity for this change and transformation and created a new generation of marketing. It has become intelligent.
