Abstract

In the past years, there have been serious and important changes in the field of constitutional rights. Legal systems have observed the formation of a new concept and approach of the phenomenon of "stewardship" and the application of sovereignty to public law equations. In the new rule building system, and with the process of internationalization of the fundamental rights of the three institutions of the government, commercial and international organizations and civil society, by forming an agreement and understanding on common principles and by applying an essential part of public power, public affairs And they take over the administration of the country and manage and lead it. The internationalization of fundamental rights depends to a large extent on the activity and cooperation of two institutions, "Civil Society" and "Transnational Business Organizations". Unification, harmonization, judicialization, as well as rule-making by non-governmental organizations are among the strategies of internationalization of fundamental rights in countries. New challenges such as the decrease in the democratic legitimacy of governments and the non-binding legal rules of international organizations are examples of the disadvantages and challenges of the process of internationalization of fundamental rights in legal systems.
