Abstract

With the advancement of information and communication technology, fundamental changes have taken place in human life. Those human behaviors that were traditionally considered crimes; Today, it is realized in the form of translating criminal ideas into a specific computer language or through cyber space. In this way, a new space called cyberspace has been created, where boundaries and limits do not have meaning in the traditional way. However, it can be claimed that the newest and biggest challenge of criminal law is dealing with cyber crimes. Because the existing criminal laws and criminological studies in the field of cybercrimes have made it possible to commit crimes not only for criminals, but also for ordinary citizens of the Internet much more than the citizens of the real world; For this reason, the number of cyber victims has also increased significantly. In this research, the innovations of criminal law in the field of cybercrimes were investigated with an emphasis on vulnerable victims. Types of support for victims of cybercrimes were introduced in this research. which include substantive support (including simple criminal support and specific or special criminal support), formal support, and material and spiritual support.
