Investigating blockchain and its application dimensions in small businesses

Abstract

Blockchain refers to the innovative structure of e-commerce in today's era, which creates a profitable, efficient and direct business for companies, therefore, research in this field is very important, and this research aims to investigate blockchain and the dimensions of its application in businesses. It was done small. The method of this descriptive-correlation research and the community of this research were all specialists, experts and employees of e-commerce and blockchain, who completed the research questionnaire by a targeted sampling method of 385 people. The results show that competitive advantage, industrial-commercial dynamism, direct trade, customer-oriented, and independence-oriented are the most important aspects of the impact of blockchains in small businesses, and among these, direct trade and industrial-commercial dynamism are the most effective blockchains. It is based on the model of small businesses. These results show the importance of creating independent business for small businesses in the shadow of blockchain.
