Abstract

In today's interconnected world, digital technology has profoundly reshaped the creation, management, and dissemination of artistic works. Within this transformative landscape, digital art management has emerged as an innovative tool empowering artists and cultural institutions to effortlessly showcase their creations on international platforms. This holds particular significance for nations with rich artistic heritages, such as Iran and France, offering unparalleled opportunities for cultural exchange. Geographic, linguistic, and political barriers, often posing challenges to traditional art exchange, can be effectively mitigated through the application of digital tools. Consequently, digital art management serves as a crucial bridge for introducing the artistic creations, traditions, and innovations of both countries. This research seeks to explore these inherent capacities and propose effective strategies for leveraging digital art management to strengthen cultural relations and diplomatic ties between Iran and France. By utilizing tools such as online platforms, digital galleries, virtual exhibitions, and social media networks, digital art management provides a vital avenue for globally displaying and introducing artistic works, fostering a dynamic exchange that transcends borders. "Moreover, technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) offer the potential for innovative artistic interactions. Beyond streamlining management processes, these technologies can significantly enhance cultural collaborations between countries. However, cultural, technical, and organizational barriers such as differing cultural nuances, limited access to advanced technologies, and structural challenges within artistic institutions can hinder the effective utilization of these tools. Addressing these challenges necessitates increased international cooperation, improvements in technological infrastructure, and robust support for digital initiatives within the arts sector."
