چکیده

امروزه، هوش مصنوعی به یکی از ابزارهای کاربردی در نظام سلامت تبدیل شده و عنصری مؤثر در تصمیم‌گیری بالینی، مدیریت خدمات سلامت و برقراری ارتباط اثربخش میان بیماران و بالینگران به شمار می‌رود. این مطالعه مروری به بررسی سیر تکامل فناوری‌های هوشمند پزشکی، از نخستین سیستم‌های مبتنی بر دانش خبره تا دستاوردهای متأخر در حوزه یادگیری عمیق، مدل‌های زبانی پیشرفته و الگوریتم‌های پیش‌بینانه می‌پردازد. همچنین، مطالعه حاضر چگونگی اثرگذاری توسعه این فناوری را بر رویکردهای تشخیصی و درمانی در حوزه‌هایی همچون جراحی، پاتولوژی و سیستم‌های مراقبت از راه دور تبیین می‌کند. در پژوهش حاضر، نقش در حال تحول کادر درمان هنگام به‌کارگیری سیستم‌های هوشمند، ضرورت بازنگری در الگوهای آموزشی و الزامات فراهم‌سازی زیرساخت‌های استاندارد برای گردآوری داده‌ها مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. چالش‌های حقوقی و اخلاقی از جمله مسئولیت قانونی، تورش الگوریتمی و خطر گسترش نابرابری‌های حوزه سلامت در سطح جهانی نیز ارزیابی شده‌اند. افزون بر این، فقدان هماهنگی میان نهادهای ناظر و قانون‌گذار در تدوین چارچوب‌های استاندارد نوین—که مانعی عمده در مسیر توسعه همه‌جانبه مراقبت‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، به‌ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه محسوب می‌شود—مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. از سوی دیگر، هشدارهای جدی در خصوص رفتارهایی نظیر سوگیری اتوماسیون که می‌تواند به تضعیف مهارت‌های بالینی و خطاهای احتمالی ناشی از سیستم‌های هوش مصنوعی بینجامد، واکاوی شده است. در نهایت، تأکید شده است که چشم‌انداز آینده ابزارهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی و انطباق‌های ضروری جهت پیشبرد موفقیت آتی نظام‌های پزشکی، به آموزش‌های بنیادین، سیاست‌گذاری جامع و عادلانه، و استقرار مسئولانه الگوهای فنی بستگی دارد. از این رو، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تحقق طبابت هوشمند و همگرا، مستلزم حفظ تعادل میان ارزش‌های اخلاقی-انسانی و پیشرفت‌های فناورانه است.
